Doula Services include

- Initial consultation by phone, email or in person at no cost or obligation

- 2 prenatal visits in the comfort of your  home

- Ongoing and continuous support throughout your pregnancy, labor and birth

- 1 postpartum visit within 1 to 2 weeks of birth

- Your baby's birth story

Childbirth Education 

Private or small group, in home childbirth education focusing on your personal 

needs and goals, including but not limited to pregnancy, 

healthy living, exercise, nutrition, informed decision making, 

communication, labor and birth prep, and coping techniques.
