Up We Grow Doula Services supports a positive and memorable birth experience for women in Calgary Alberta and surrounding area.

As a Birth Doula I support the decisions that a mother makes for her ideal birth experience and I will work with her and her partner to make the birth experience both positive and rewarding. 

I will work with you before your birth, providing you with information and coping techniques to help you prepare for the labour experience, and I will be with you continuously through your labour and delivery with unbiased assistance and support.
